My child, I love you.
Not because there is anything wonderful in you that makes you lovable.
Not because you have obeyed My commandments
Not because you have refrained from doing what you consider to be wrong.
Not because of any work that you have done for Me
For I loved you from the beginning, even before your life began. And
My love for you is never based on anything that you say or do.
My love is unconditional and sacrificial. I lay out no terms or
conditions that you must fulfill before I begin to love you. And when
you fail, My love is not affected by this in any way.
So you have failed and sinned? My love is greater than your sin. So
you have closed your heart to those around you? I love them just the
same as I love you. So you feel weak and inferior to others that have
risen up spiritually? I see the same potential in you as I see in them.
My child I believe in you, I have hope in you, I have confidence in
you. For I know that if you will only take what I offer you and use it
correctly, nothing will be impossible to you.
So put behind you all the excuses for not pressing on and rising up
and becoming all that I designed you to be. And stop waiting for Me to
do something in your circumstances. But rise up, take the bull by the
horns and press in now, knowing that I am right there to lift you up and
cause you to prosper in whatever you set your hand to.
For I love you My child. There is nothing more that you need.
