QUOTE :“THE TOUGHEST THING ABOUT SUCCESS IS TO MAINTAIN IT”

To ponder: “Do not let this Book of the Law depart from your mouth; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful”.
Joshua 1:8.
Your gifts will get you noticed; it will separate you from the rest of the pack and give you a head start on others. Talent is only a starting point in business. You have got to keep working that talent. You cannot coast on your abilities. If you try to wing it, others will soon fly past you.
What separates the talented individual from the successful one is a lot of hard work. And much of that work takes place in one’s character and one’s private world. Haven’t you known people who should have risen to the top but did not? They had all the talent they ever needed but they did not succeed.
Their talents made them stand out but their lack of integrity made them sit down. Their friends, families, coaches and bosses see their giftedness but wonder why they keep falling short of expectations. Their talent opened the door, but their wrong choices shut it.
According to the book of Nehemiah 5:9, 15-16, Nehemiah was highly talented. He rebuilt Jerusalem’s walls in less than 2 months. He stood vehemently against extortion that could have brought him down from grace to grass. Have you ever wondered why God refers to His word as ‘laws’? Because laws are meant to govern, guide and guard us. Without laws, there will be chaos and confusion. Many people with talent make it into the limelight, but the ones who have neglected to develop strong character rarely stay there long.
Absence of strong character eventually topples them. You can never climb beyond the limitation of your character. Talented people are sometimes tempted to take shortcuts but character prevents that.
Many people with talent make it into the limelight, but the ones who have neglected to develop strong character rarely stay there long.
Talented people may feel superior and expect special privileges. Character helps them to know better. Talented people are praised for what others see them build. Character builds what’s inside them. They have the potential to be difference makers. Character makes the difference in them, they are gifts to the world, but character protects that gift.
If you want to be successful and keep succeeding, first, identify where flaws are in your attitude. Deal with them prayerfully in the light of God’s word. Talk about God’s law, think regularly about it and live your life according to it. Your destiny will not crash. God bless you
YOU CAN CONSIDER SOME OF THIS THAT WILL HELP YOU TO BE A TALENT PLUS PERSONALITY:
13 KEY CHOICES THAT CAN BE MADE TO MAXIMIZE ANY PERSON’S TALENT:
1. BELIEF LIFTS YOUR TALENT
2. PASSION ENERGIZES YOUR TALENT
3. INITIATIVE ACTIVATES YOUR TALENT
4. FOCUS DIRECTS YOUR TALENT
5. PREPARATION POSITIONS YOUR TALENT
6. PRACTICE SHARPENS YOUR TALENT
7. PERSEVERANCE SUSTAINS YOUR TALENT
8. COURAGE TESTS YOUR TALENT
9. TEACHABILITY EXPANDS YOUR TALENT
10. CHARACTER PROTECTS YOUR TALENT
11. RELATIONSHIPS INFLUENCE YOUR TALENT
12. RESPONSIBILITY STRENGTHENS YOUR TALENT
13. TEAMWORK MULTIPLIES YOUR TALENT

My ending remarks to my brothers and sisters is
PEOPLE WHO NEGLECT TO MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICES TO RELEASE AND MAXIMIZE THEIR TALENTS
CONTINUALLY UNDERPERFORM. YOUR TALENT ALLOWS YOU TO STAND OUT, BUT YOUR WRONG
CHOICES MAKE YOU SIT DOWN.
LIFE IS A MATTER OF CHOICES, AND EVERY CHOICE YOU MAKE MAKES YOU.
TALENT + RIGHT CHOICES = A TALENT-PLUS PERSON
THE TALENT-PLUS PEOPLE ARE THE ONES WHO MAXIMIZE THEIR TALENT, REACH THEIR POTENTIAL,
AND FULFILL THEIR DESTINY.
Thank you and GOD who blesses and no one curse be with you until i see you at the top.
